I have been Elk and Mule Deer hunting with Wes Armenta since 2012 and have harvested some magnificent animals with Wes over the years.. Only twice have I gone home empty handed but it wasn't because I did not have opportunity, I simply missed. You wont find a harder working guide and he is absolutely amazing at setting you up and calling in Elk. And he's half lion and coyote when it comes to sneaking up on a rutting Mule Deer buck. I've been with Wes when he called in Turkey to 20 yards and me and my son both got our Turkey in the same day. I promise if you do what Wes tells you do, in your preparation for rifle or bow hunting you will get opportunity, I can guarantee it!!

On my bear hunt with Bull Valley Outfitters in September, 2017, I had the pleasure of meeting and hunting with Strait. I have to say the only thing that Strait enjoys more than waking up in the morning is chasing bears with his hounds. Strait and his dogs are a bear's worst nightmare, let me tell you. Strait has incredible knowledge of bears and the areas he hunts. If you're looking for a bear hunting adventure that you will remember for long after your hunt concludes, put your money on the best that New Mexico has to offer. I know where I'll be this September!

Late September 2017, I hunted with Bull Valley Outfitters on a bear hunt. It was a privilege to hunt with Stuart. He is a very knowledgeable bear hunter, with good equipment and very fine dogs. Stuart also knew his hunting areas like the back of his hand. I highly recommend Bull Valley for a hunt that you will enjoy, even long after your hunt is finished. I can't wait to meet up with Stuart this September for another great adventure!
